When will I receive my vouchers?
If you purchased in-venue, you will receive your vouchers at the time of payment.
If you purchased online, your vouchers will be emailed to you within 7 business days of your purchase. In this timeframe, please ensure you check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure your voucher does not get misfiled. Please note that the voucher emails for the $100+ purchases come from 5050@goal.edmontonoilers.com. We would suggest adding 5050@goal.edmontonoilers.com to your safe sender list in case your voucher emails get flagged as spam by your email or blocked from reaching you.
If you do not receive your emailed vouchers by the end of the day on the 7th business day and you have ensured they have not ended up getting misfiled in your spam/junk mail folder, please email us on the 8th business day so we can look into it for you.
