EDMONTON, AB- The Bakersfield Condors bolstered their ranks with another signing on Wednesday, adding right-winger Anthony Peluso on a one-year contract.
The 30-year-old veteran of 423 games in the AHL and NHL enters his 11th professional season in 2019-20 after appearing in four games at the NHL level with the Calgary Flames last campaign, including a further 35 in the AHL with the Stockton Heat.
Peluso was originally a sixth-round pick of the St. Louis Blues in 2007 and has suited up for parts of six NHL seasons with the Winnipeg Jets (2012-16), Washington Capitals (2017-18), and Flames (2018-19), registering four goals, 10 assists and 220 penalty minutes.
In 275 career AHL games, the 6-foot-3, 236-pound forward has registered 50 points (25G, 25A) and 472 penalty minutes.
