EDMONTON, AB - Oilers Head Coach Todd McLellan didn't like his team's execution against the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday. Edmonton dropped a 3-2 decision, registering their first loss of the 2017-18 campaign.
On Sunday at practice, McLellan assessed where things went wrong for his club a night prior.
"We took a long look at how well prepared we were in special teams situations, how well prepared we were in chances against more than anything," the head coach said. "In those two areas, we just got drilled."
