EDMONTON, AB - Simply put, you've just got to want it in the playoffs.

That was the message James Neal sent in an article he penned for The Players' Tribune on Wednesday.

The piece is titled 'You've Got To Want The Pressure' and discusses Neal's current experience with the Edmonton Oilers during the 2020 Stanley Cup Qualifiers.

The Oilers winger describes how he was able to re-discover his game in Orange & Blue threads, what the leadership from Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl looks like, and how the team is rallying for Colby Cave this post-season to honour their teammate who passed away tragically on April 11.
