BLOG: Puljujarvi assigned to Bakersfield

EDMONTON, AB -The Oilers have assigned Jesse Puljujarvi to the Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League.
Puljujarvi, 19, had two goals and an assist in five pre-season games. Taken fourth overall in the 2016 NHL Draft, the Finnish winger split last season between the AHL and NHL. He played 28 games for the Oilers, recording one goal and seven assists. He also played 39 games for Bakersfield, scoring 12 goals and adding 16 assists.
