That being Oilers forward prospect Kirill Maksimov, who tallied 34 goals and 80 points in 62 games with the Ontario Hockey League's Niagara IceDogs last season.
After registering 38 points in 66 outings split between the Saginaw Spirit and Niagara in 2016-17, Maksimov exploded in his second year with the IceDogs. Of the Russian's 34 goals, 12 were potted on the power play, while 17 of his 46 assists also came from the man-advantage.
