EDMONTON, AB - The National Hockey League released on Monday the official order of selection for the 2022 Upper Deck NHL Draft being held July 7-8 in Montreal, QC at the Bell Centre.
The Edmonton Oilers hold the 29th-overall pick in what could be the latest that the franchise has ever selected in the first round after taking Andrew Cogliano 25th overall back at the 2005 Draft.
The Oilers are next on the board in the fifth round at 158th overall before rounding out their draft with the 190th and 222nd overall selections.
