BUFFALO, NY - The Edmonton Oilers held a full practice Monday morning ahead of facing the Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center.
Evander Kane was the extra skater in a blue jersey as he works his way back from an upper-body injury that's kept him out of the lineup for a total of eight games since Feb. 17, but isn't expected to suit up tonight against the Sabres.
The 30-year-old began skating this weekend and joined the team on the road in hopes of returning before Edmonton's meeting with the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday night.
