DALLAS, TX -The Oilers will run with almost the exact same lineup they deployed in Nashville tonight against the Stars.
The one change for the Oilers will be in-between the pipes. Stuart Skinner will make his first start since signing a brand new three-year deal with team on Monday. The goaltender comes into tonight's contest with a 2.83 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage in 18 starts this season.
Markus Niemelainen will once again slot in on Head Coach Jay Woodcroft's third pairing, filling in for Philip Broberg who is out with an injury. The line of Warren Foegele, Dylan Holloway, and Jesse Puljujarvi will remain together after contributing a goal in Edmonton's 4-3 overtime defeat against the Predators on Monday.
"I think everyone can skate well, and that's a big part of that line.," Puljujarvi said about the line and what makes them effective. "We need to make those little plays and yeah, we had a couple of chance (in Nashville)."
