EDMONTON, AB - Goaltender Jack Campbell was in the starter's net at Monday's morning skate ahead of the Edmonton Oilers hosting the San Jose Sharks for the first game of a four-game homestand at Rogers Place.
Campbell is set to make his first start between the pipes for the Oilers since a 7-5 defeat to the Winnipeg Jets on Mar. 4 after Stuart Skinner started the last six games and returned five victories.
"Just really having fun and not overthinking the game," Campbell said. "Technically, I've been working on some stuff with (Goaltending Coach Dustin Schwartz) and the game's feeling good, so I'm ready to go out and have some fun."
The Port Huron, Mich. product is 17-9-4 this campaign with a 3.57 goals against average and .882 save percentage.
