EDMONTON, AB -If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
After the Oilers best game of the season, Head Coach Jay Woodcroft is expected to roll with the same lineup that defeated the Arizona Coyotes 8-2 on Wednesday.
Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl will once again play on the same line, with the Oilers captain coming into tonight's contest with back-to-back four-point games. Since being reunited back on Nov. 26 in New York against the Rangers, McDavid has recorded a point in all seven games with 17 points total over that stretch.
Goaltender Stuart Skinner is expected to make his fourth-consecutive start after stopping 16 of 18 shots in the Oilers win on Wednesday over the Coyotes.
