EDMONTON, AB - The Oilers have recalled defencemen Philip Broberg and Dmitri Samorukov from the Bakersfield Condors on an emergency basis.
Broberg recorded one assist in his first eight NHL games earlier this season while also scoring one goal and 10 assists in 15 games with the AHL's Condors.
Samorukov has scored one goal and two assists in 15 games with Bakersfield and has yet to make his NHL debut since getting selected 84th overall at the 2017 NHL Draft.
The Oilers have also placed forward Zack Kassian into the NHL's COVID protocol.
