Edmonton has dealt a conditional second-round pick in 2022, a seventh-round pick in 2024 and defenceman William Lagesson in exchange for the 28-year-old, left-shot blueliner from Stony Plain.

If Edmonton transfers its second-round pick in 2022 to Chicago per the previously completed trade with the Blackhawks on July 7, 2021, Montreal will receive Edmonton's 2023 second-round pick.
