Edmonton Oilers President of Hockey Operations and General Manager, Peter Chiarelli, announced the Oilers have acquired the rights to forward Nolan Vesey from the Toronto Maple Leafs, in exchange for a conditional seventh round pick in 2020.
The Oilers have agreed to terms with Nolan Vesey to a two-year entry level contract. Vesey, 23, completed his fourth season at the University of Maine in 2017-18, posting 25 points (11G, 14A) in 37 games, along with 16 penalty minutes and a -2 plus-minus rating.
