EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers have signed forward Carl Berglund to a two-year entry-level contract commencing with the 2023-24 season.
Berglund, 23, recently wrapped up his senior year at UMass Lowell, appearing in 36 games with 12 goals and 15 assists for 27 points as captain of the River Hawks.
Born in Hammaro, Sweden, the 6-foot-2, 207-pound centre skated in 114 career games over the past four seasons for the River Hawks, collecting 89 points on 36 goals and 53 assists.
