EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers announced on Saturday that they have signed free-agent defenceman Noel Hoefenmayer to a one-year, entry-level contract (ELC).

The 6-foot-0, 192 pound defender spent the past three seasons playing for the AHL's Toronto Marlies. The 24-year-old was selected by Arizona in the fourth round (108th overall) of the 2017 Draft. The left-shot defenceman saw action in 91 AHL games over the past three seasons with 13 goals, 34 assists and 138 penalty minutes.
