RELEASE: Oilers single game tickets on sale August 31

EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers announced Monday that single game tickets for the 2023-24 season will go on sale Thursday, Aug. 31 at 11:00 AM MT at EdmontonOilers.com/Tickets.

The Oilers 2023-24 home schedule will be highlighted by 17 unique theme games, plus the Heritage Classic outdoor Battle of Alberta matchup at Commonwealth Stadium.

October theme games include the Home Opener against the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday the 14th, as well as the Oilers Hall of Fame Induction game on Thursday the 26th against the New York Rangers.

Special nights in November include Celebrating Oil Country on Saturday the 4th vs. the Nashville Predators, while the Indigenous Celebration game will be Monday the 13th against the New York Islanders, and Hockey Fights Cancer is scheduled for Tuesday the 28th when the Vegas Golden Knights visit Rogers Place.

Shirts Off Our Backs and the Next Gen game highlight December on Friday the 8th vs. the Minnesota Wild and Sunday the 10th against the New Jersey Devils, respectively, while January theme games include Ukrainian Heritage Night on Saturday the 6th vs. the Ottawa Senators, followed by Celebrating Pride on Thursday the 18th against the Seattle Kraken, and Hockey Talks on Thursday the 25th vs. the Chicago Blackhawks.

Lunar New Year will be celebrated in February on Tuesday the 13th when the Detroit Red Wings visit Rogers Place, while Black History is Wednesday the 21st vs. the Boston Bruins, and Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation will be Monday the 26th against the Los Angeles Kings.

There are three home games in March with Women in Sport on Wednesday the 13th vs. the Washington Capitals, St. Patrick's Day on Saturday the 16th against the Colorado Avalanche, and the South Asian Celebration on Thursday the 21st vs. the Buffalo Sabres.

Finally, Fan Appreciation Night will be Monday, April 15 vs. the San Jose Sharks.

Other notable games include first-overall draft pick Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks visiting Rogers Place on Tuesday, Dec. 12 and Thursday, Jan. 25.

There are also two Battle of Alberta games in Edmonton this season, as the Calgary Flames will visit Rogers Place on Saturday, Feb. 24, following the Heritage Classic matchup on Sunday, Oct. 29 at Commonwealth Stadium.
