EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Oilers announced Wednesday that goaltender Dylan Wells has been traded to the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for future considerations.
The 23-year-old was the club's fifth-round selection, 123rd overall, in the 2016 NHL Draft. Wells spent the majority of the 2020-21 season as part of Edmonton's taxi squad.
