Stuart Ballantyne

President & Chief Operating Officer, OEGSE

Stu Ballantyne assumed the role of President & Chief Operating Officer for Rogers Place and ICE District in May 2021. He is responsible for all OEG Venues & Operations including Rogers Place, Ford Hall, ICE Plaza, the Downtown Community Arena, OEG HQ, Live Entertainment, and Food & Beverage.

He joined Oilers Entertainment Group in July 2015 as SVP, Operations, and prior to that held a number of influential positions in his extensive career. He was most recently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Prince George 2015 Canada Winter Games Host Society and has also held the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the WHL's Vancouver Giants Hockey Club, General Manager of the 2007 MasterCard Memorial Cup and the 2006 IIHF Word Junior Championship. He is a marketing graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
