Where can I find my tickets?
All tickets in your Season Seat package will be loaded to your Oilers Account Manager.
You can access Account Manager on a desktop computer or on your mobile device through the Rogers Place app. We will inform you via email when new tickets are available to be viewed and transferred before the season or throughout the post-season, if applicable.
What can I do with tickets for games I cannot attend?
You can forward tickets to family or friends, sell through NHL Ticket Exchange or donate to Seats for Kids. These actions can be accessed by pulling up the tickets under My Events in Oilers Account Manager.
Where can I find my Season Seat invoice?
You can find your Season Seat invoice online through Oilers Account Manager under Invoices.
How can I purchase additional tickets at Season Seat pricing?
You can purchase up to four (4) tickets to any game at Season Seat Holder pricing, based on availability. To purchase:
- Log in to Oilers Account Manager
- Select Single Game Tickets
- Click Regular Season Individual Game Tickets
- Choose your game and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
How can I make a payment for my tickets?
You can call the Season Seat Services Team at 780-414-GOAL (4625) to process your payment over the phone, or make a payment online:
- Log in to Oilers Account Manager
- Select Invoices
- Click Make a Payment
I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster. Where can I find these tickets?
You will find tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster in your Ticketmaster account either on your desktop computer or through the Ticketmaster mobile app.
How do I update my account information?
- To update your address, log in to Oilers Account Manager, click My Profile and Edit Address.
- To update your phone number, log in to your Ticketmaster Account and click My Profile.
- To update your email address or inquire about a name transfer, please contact our Season Seat Services team directly.
Can I have a printed copy of my tickets?
Rogers Place and the Edmonton Oilers are committed to providing guests a safe, secure and convenient ticketing experience and mobile ticket management increases protection against fraud, lost or stolen tickets. We are not able to provide printed tickets, however if you experience any issues accessing tickets on your mobile device, please proceed to the Rogers Place Box Office for assistance. I received an email regarding a 1099K form. What do I have to do?
The 1099K form is a Seller Tax Details Form associated with your Ticketmaster Account. This form must be completed for funds to be released from any ticket resales you may have facilitated. Please follow this link to the Seller Tax Details Form to complete. If you are a non-U.S. citizen or resident, the IRS still requires Ticketmaster to ask for certain information to verify your non-U.S. status. You will be required to provide your first and last name, country of citizenship and permanent residence address. To avoid delays in processing, please ensure that you are logged in to the account that you used to sell your tickets, your legal name matches the name that you use for tax purposes and that all fields are entered accurately. Ticketmaster will never ask you to provide this information over the phone or via an email.

How do I book a reservation at Studio 99?

How do I use my food and beverage discount at Oilers games?
To redeem your discount, present your Season Seat card when you order food at any of the concessions at Rogers Place or Studio 99. Your Season Seat card will arrive with your welcome package before every season.
What time do gates open for Oilers games?
Gates generally open 60 minutes prior to puck drop for Oilers games. Times are specified in the Game Guide email, which is sent every game day.
Can I purchase parking for Oilers games?
Before each season, you will receive an email with information regarding parking packages.

Who can I contact if I need assistance at a game?
- If you require assistance about your tickets, please speak to the Rogers Place Box Office staff, either in Ford Hall or through the internal Box Office window, immediately on your right upon entering the gates.
- If you require assistance in dealing with an unruly fan, a cleanup in your section or any concerns that need to be reported please text 587-207-HELP (4357) to be connected instantly and discreetly with the Rogers Place Event Command Center.

How do I activate my Oilers+ account?
Before the season begins, we will send your Oilers+ code with instructions on how to set up your subscription.
What is LOILTY Rewards?
LOILTY Rewards is a free program that gives Oilers fans the opportunity to earn points for everyday fan activities including watching or attending games and purchasing concession and 50/50 tickets.
