• Pedestrians should access Amerant Bank Arena grounds via Gate 6 and utilize the pedestrian sidewalk to the stairs leading up to the front of the arena. Gate 5 will no longer be open for pedestrians.
• General Parking enter through Gates 1, 2, 3, 5 & 7.
• Garage parking enter through Gates 1, 5 & 6. Amerant Vault parking enter through gate 1, 2 & 5.
• Lots open 2 hours prior to puck drop and remain open 1 hour after the end of each game. No re-entry into lots.
• Limousines enter through Gate 6.
• Disabled may enter through gate 1, 2, 5 & 7.
• Parking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are located at the north or south of the main entrance to the building. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to this area without delay.
• Utilize Gate 3 for rideshare entrance. Guests will be dropped off at the North Pedestrian Walkway entrance, and rideshare drivers will leave via Gate 2. After events, we direct all rideshare vehicles to enter Gate 3 and pick up guests at the northern end of the North Pedestrian Walkway. Rideshare drivers will then leave via Gate 2.
• Note: There is a different parking fee for Limousines as they will be relegated to pay double the amount of the parking costs for that event. Example: if the event's parking fee is $25, a limousine has to pay $50.
• Buses enter through Gate 7. Bus parking is $75.

• NO purses, backpacks, backpack purses, cinch bags, or sling bags will be allowed inside Amerant Bank Arena. ONLY small clutches sized 4" x 6" and under will be allowed.
• No Professional Cameras or Cameras with detachable lenses longer than 12" are permitted in the building for all Panthers games. Blocking access ways, seat aisles or interfering with other guest's enjoyment is not permitted while taking photos or videos.
• No video or audio recording devices.
• No GoPros or selfie sticks.
• No Laptops.
• During Florida Panthers games, umbrellas of a reasonable size are permitted in Amerant Bank Arena.
• Amerant Bank Arena doors open 60 minutes prior to puck drop for all regular season Panthers home games.
• A valid ticket is required for entry. Guests who enter Amerant Bank Arena may not leave the building and re-enter.
• Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on Amerant Bank Arena property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized SeatGeek outlet or from Amerant Bank Arena Box Office.
• No weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives, pocket knives, pepper spray, mace, tasers, brass knuckles, nail clippers and any other item management or the NHL may deem unsafe for public safety.
• No chains, wallet chains or spikes.
• No fireworks or laser pointers.
• No airhorns, vuvezelas or any noise makers that management or the NHL deems disruptive to play.
• No wrapped gifts, sealed packages or balloons of any kind. Gifts must be unwrapped and adhere to Amerant Bank Arena and NHL policies.
• No flags and/or signs larger than 2' x 2' or with posts of any kind.
• No bottles, cans, glass, hard plastic, metal reusable containers and/or coolers.
• No outside food or beverages unless for medical/religious purposes.
• No strollers unless ticketed for Amerant Vault, Corona Beach House or a Amerant Bank Arena suite.
• No Hockey sticks permitted upon entry into the building.
• Based upon the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking is not allowed in any public area. The use of cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted inside of the arena. Guests will not be allowed to leave the arena to smoke.
• No animals except certified service animals.
• No previously purchased souvenir cups.

WARNING: THERE MAY BE STROBE/FLASHING LIGHTS DURING GAME

All guests will be required to walk through a metal detector upon entry. In the event an alarm sounds, a secondary search will be conducted by a Amerant Bank Arena Event Staff member with the use of a metal wand and/or pat down procedure.

All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Any of the above items found inside the arena are subject to confiscation and/or guest ejection with no refund given.
