On May 26, the NHL declared the 2019.20 regular season concluded through games played on March 11, 2020. The remaining 2019.20 regular season games have been cancelled. Fans that purchased tickets to Penguins home games scheduled for March 15 through April 2 are encouraged to review the following frequently asked questions:

I have tickets for one of the final six 2019.20 Pittsburgh Penguins home games. What should I do?

As the remaining 2019.20 regular season games are cancelled, fans with tickets are encouraged to contact their original point of purchase to discuss all available options.

Season ticket holders have the ability to apply money from the six remaining 2019.20 home games to their 2020.21 season ticket package or request a refund. To apply this credit, please log in to Account Manager or call your ticketing representative. Refund requests must be received in writing via email or mail. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.

Group ticket buyers should contact their Penguins representative to apply credit towards a future game or request a refund.

Fans that purchased tickets for one of the final six 2019.20 home games through the Penguins Ticketing Department can apply money from their purchase towards a future game or request a refund by emailing [email protected].

Single game tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster will receive an automatic refund (less UPS fees) in as soon as 30 days of cancellation. Learn more here.

I purchased tickets through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?

NHL Ticket Exchange purchasers will receive an automatic refund in as soon as 30 days of cancellation. Tickets purchased through other resale sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

I am a Penguins season ticket holder. How does the cancellation of the final 2019.20 regular season games affect the 2020.21 renewal timeline?

Season ticket holders can view their 2020.21 season statement online. Several flexible interest-free payment plans are available beginning June 1, July 1 and August 3, subject to further extensions.

I am currently enrolled in the 8 month payment plan beginning June 1. Will my credit card be charged?

If you are currently enrolled in the June payment plan, your first installment will be processed June 1. If you would like to select a different option, please email [email protected] by 5 PM on Friday, May 29, 2020.
