Sid vegas

Penguins captain Sidney Crosby skated on his own and joined his teammates for their morning skate Tuesday morning at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena.
Crosby will not play tonight when the Penguins face the Vegas Golden Knights.

Crosby (core muscle), forward Nick Bjugstad (core muscle) and defenseman Justin Schultz (lower-body) all skated prior to the morning skate with skills coach Ty Hennes and Matt Cullen. Crosby and Bjugstad skated for about 45 minutes, while Schultz left the ice after 30 minutes.
Crosby joined the rest of the team on the ice for the morning skate, but did not take part in any line rushes.
"This is just to get him the sufficient workload that he needs to prepare," head coach Mike Sullivan said.
Sullivan didn't rule out Crosby playing either in Colorado (Friday) or Arizona (Sunday) on the team's current road swing.
"Anything is conceivable," Sullivan said. "We're just trying to take each day as it comes and make the best decisions to allow the rehab process to take place. When Sid is ready to play we'll insert him into the lineup."
Pittsburgh used the following workflow…
Kahun-Malkin-Rust
Simon-McCann-Hornqvist
Aston-Reese - Blueger-Tanev
Galchenyuk-Agozzino-Lafferty
(Blandisi, Crosby)
Johnson-Letang
Pettersson-Marino
Riikola-Ruhwedel
(Gonchar)-Czuczman
Tristan Jarry will get the start in goal for Pittsburgh.
