Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Trevor Daley underwent successful knee surgery, it was announced today by Penguins executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.
Daley underwent an arthroscopic surgery to his left knee, with the surgery performed by Penguins head physician Dr. Dharmesh Vyas. He will be sidelined six weeks.
Daley was injured during the first period of Pittsburgh's 3-1 win in Carolina on Tuesday night.
