QUICK HITS

Montreal native Kris Letang has picked up 29 points (6G-23A) in 37 career games against his hometown team. Here at PPG Paints Arena, he has 13 points (3G-10A) in 17 games.
Forward Jason Zucker has had consistent success throughout his career against Montreal. In 14 career games, he has nine goals and 12 points. His nine goals are tied for his second-most against any one team (Nashville, 11).
Only Washington's Alex Ovechkin (9) has more goals this season against Atlantic Division opponents than Evan Rodrigues (7).
Forward Evan Rodrigues is one point shy of the 20-point plateau for the third time in his career. It would mark the first time since 2018-19 (29 PTS in 74 GP) that Rodrigues has had 20-plus points in a season.
The Penguins are 13-1-0 (.929%) when scoring first. Only Toronto has a better winning percentage when scoring the game's first goal (1.000%).
