The Pittsburgh Penguins have activated forward Brandon Tanev off of injured reserve, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.
Additionally, Pittsburgh has recalled goaltender Alex D'Orio from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League.
