The Pittsburgh Penguins have reduced their training camp roster to 30 players, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.
The following players have been assigned to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins' training camp: F - Kasper Bjorkqvist F - Filip Hallander F - Nathan Legare F - Sam Poulin D - P.O Joseph The Penguins have also re-assigned forwards Jonathan Gruden and Valtteri Puustinen, as well as defensemen Niclas Almari and Taylor Fedun to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. The Penguins return to action for their final preseason game on Saturday, October 9 at 7:00 PM ET against the Columbus Blue Jackets in Columbus.
