Forwards Anthony Angello (NHL) and Frederick Gaudreau (WBS), as well as goaltender Maxime Lagace (AHL) have been re-assigned to the taxi squad.
Defenseman Mark Friedman has been placed on injured reserve retroactive to March 4.
Currie, 28, has appeared in one game with Pittsburgh this season. In 21 career NHL games, he has tallied two goals, three assists for five points and is a plus-2. The 5-foot-10, 172-pound Currie was named captain of WBS at the beginning of the season. In three games with WBS this year, Currie has notched two goals.
The 22-year old Maniscalco is playing his first professional season after signing with Pittsburgh as an undrafted free agent on August 21, 2020. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound defenseman has suited up for two games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this year. Prior to turning pro, he appeared in 71 collegiate games with the Arizona State Sun Devils over the course of two seasons, where he tallied 52 points (15G-37A).
Larmi, 24, has split time this season between Pittsburgh's taxi squad and WBS, where he's suited up for three games, going 1-1-1. A native of Lahti, Finland, Larmi is in his second professional season in North America.
