The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defenseman Josh Maniscalco and forward Radim Zohorna to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by general manager Ron Hextall.

Forwards Anthony Angello, Colton Sceviour and Frederick Gaudreau have been re-assigned to Pittsburgh's taxi squad.
Zohorna, 24, has appeared in 11 games for WBS this season, recording a team-high nine points (3G-6A). The 6-foot-6, 233-pound Zohorna is playing in his first professional season in North America after signing with the Penguins as an undrafted free agent on April 29, 2020. He has played the last six seasons in the Czech Republic's top professional league, the Czech Extraliga, split between BK Mlada Boleslav and HC Kometa Brno.
The 22-year old Maniscalco is playing his first professional season after signing with Pittsburgh as an undrafted free agent on August 21, 2020. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound defenseman has suited up for two games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this year.
Pittsburgh embarks on a brief two-game road trip to New Jersey beginning tomorrow, March 18. Puck drop is set for 7:00 PM at the Prudential Center.
