The National Hockey League announced this morning that the First Round playoff series between the Penguins and New York Islanders will begin this Wednesday, April 10 at 7:30 PM at Nassau Coliseum in New York. Game 2 will be Friday, April 12 at 7:30 PM at Nassau Coliseum.
Both games 1 and 2 will be broadcast locally on AT&T SportsNet.

The series shifts to PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh beginning with Game 3 on Sunday, April 14 at 12:00 noon. That game will be a national broadcast on NBC.
Game 4 at PPG Paints Arena will be Tuesday, April 16 at 7:30 PM, and it will be aired locally on AT&T SportsNet.
Starting times and television information for Games 5-7 will be announced should those games become necessary.
