The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defensemen Chad Ruhwedel and David Warsofsky, and goaltender Tristan Jarry, to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.
Pittsburgh enters its bye week with a 25-8-5 record, good enough for 55 points, which is second-most in the NHL behind league and division-leading Columbus (56 points). The Penguins return to action
on Sunday, January 8 at 1 p.m.
against the Tampa Bay Lightning at PPG Paints Arena.
