I am a current Pittsburgh Penguins season ticket holder. How do I enroll in the Black and Gold Premier?

Full and half season ticket buyers are automatically enrolled in the Black and Gold Premier. No additional action is required! However, to RSVP for select events or to acknowledge your interest in a specific opportunity, a form submission may be required. These opportunities are often communicated by email. As a result, it is important we have your email address on file! To confirm your email address is associated to your season ticket account, please call 412.642.PENS.

I purchase a mini-plan each season. Am I a member of the Black and Gold Premier?

The Black and Gold Premier is exclusively for full and half season ticket holders. Mini-plan purchases do not qualify. To upgrade your package, please call 412.642.PENS.

I don't see my discount in the app. When and where will it appear?

Your Black and Gold Premier discount card(s) should be visible in the Penguins Mobile Wallet located in the Game Day section of the Penguins app. For the initial login, please select 'Ticketmaster Login'. The card will appear under Active Payment Methods. If you do not see this card, please call 412.642.PENS for assistance.

Is the food and beverage discount good on alcoholic beverages?

While the discount cannot be applied to alcoholic beverage purchases, it can be used at all classic and specialty concession stands throughout PPG Paints Arena.

I share seats with a buddy. Can he use my discount?

Season ticket holders will receive 1 discount card per seat (maximum of 12). Each digital card has the ability to be transferred once. This action cannot be undone.

Where can I use my merchandise discount?

The merchandise discount can be used at all brick and mortar PensGear locations.

Can my merchandise discount be used online?

Yes. To use your discount at PensGear.com please sign in with your Penguins email address.

Can I combine my merchandise discount with other coupons or offers?

The season ticket discount cannot be combined with any other coupons or special offers.

I am a long-time season ticket holder, but I never win anything. How do I get selected for Black and Gold Premier contests and promotions?

Selection for Black and Gold Premier contests and promotions varies by event. For the annual skating party, a reservation is required. For other opportunities, an interest form may be required. Fans are then selected at random to participate from the entry forms received. Finally, a limited number of opportunities are 'surprise and delight'. You may receive an unexpected call or email!
