- Our WHY: The world needs more girl power. Camp Ultraviolet is more than your average summer camp. We aim to motivate and inspire young girls to make mental training as important as physical training. Tapping into some of the best sport and performance psychology resources, the curriculum will be presented in an energetic and educational way, giving them necessary tools to carry them through life's many ups and downs. Whether she is a shy bookworm or a vibrant ball of moxie, this camp is for HER. The sport of skating provides the perfect backdrop for goal setting, as our young campers will gracefully go from baby steps to thirty-four laps (5k). Our goal is to leave them stronger than we found them and help them find their unique inner GLOW.

What To Bring/What To Wear
- Snacks (We will have two scheduled snack times)
- Refillable water bottle
- Helmets are encouraged
- Yoga mat or towel (we will have extras on site if needed)
- Running shoes for off-ice workouts (no flip flops please!)
- Stretchy shorts are great for off-ice activities, and long stretchy pants for on-ice activities.
- Stretchy gloves
- Hoodie or light jacket for on-ice activities
- THIN socks. Ankle socks will cause discomfort in boots, so thin calf height socks are best for all of the activities
- An open mind and open heart
As with any day camp, we ask that you try to label the items your camper brings and help them by not overpacking or bringing too many personal items!
Parents are encouraged to drop their camper off, or they may observe or sit in on any part of the camp.
