Player Eligibility
The Middle School Hockey League is open to players in grades 6–8. We reserve the right to request report cards to verify a participant’s current grade level and school.
Please note: this league has historically been highly competitive. While players must have completed at least one season of Youth League hockey, many travel-level players also participate.
All athletes must have a valid **USA Hockey number** uploaded to their DaySmart account prior to registering.
Team Formation
Our goal is to support the development of future High School hockey players by grouping participants with potential future teammates.
Players register individually and will be asked to provide their current middle school, anticipated high school, and home address.
Teams may be formed in the following ways:
- Representing the actual school the players attend
- Representing a nearby high school that sponsors a team
- Regionally based teams designed to keep players with others likely to join the same high school program
Season Format
- 8-week season
- 13 practices & 11 games + 1 guaranteed playoff game
- Start Date: March 16, 2025
- End Date: May 15, 2025

- Skaters: $800
- Goalies: $700
Payment Plan:
- Deposit: $200
- Remaining installments due: 3/1, 4/1, 5/1
