PURPOSE
This Privacy Policy describes our practices for the personal information for which we are a “data controller” under applicable law. Business Information
When you seek services from us in the course of contractual or customer relationships between you, your organization, and us, we collect business contact information, including your job title and company’s name, and other personal information to provide you with the services you have requested.

Device and Usage Information
When you visit the Site or our App, the National Hockey League (NHL), and other third parties may automatically collect information from your browser or your mobile device, which includes the date and time of your visit, your Internet Protocol (IP) address or unique device identifier, domain server, your browser type, access time, cookies, and data about which pages you visit. If you choose to disable cookies and similar technologies, some areas and features of the Site may not work properly. Users of our mobile applications may grant the following device permissions in the App:
- Location Services and Information. Location services may be enabled within the App. If enabled, the App will automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device. You may control the collection of location information through the user settings on your device. If allowed by device permission, collection of location data occurs only when the App is open on your mobile device.
- Push Notifications. This permission allows the App to send push notifications on your device. If granted, we may send a push notification to alert you of a notification in the App.
Device permission requests are limited to those that are necessary to implement the App. You may change your preferences regarding device permissions at any time by changing the settings on your device. Opting-out will cause the associated features to be disabled in the App.

Communications and Inquiries
If you provide us with feedback, contact us for support, ask us questions, register for an event or promotional activity, contact us regarding our lost and found, or otherwise communicate with us, we will collect your Contact Information and other information needed to respond to your communication. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our events and services or send you periodic emails if you decide to opt-in to any of our mailing lists. If you receive email communications from us, we may use certain tools to capture data related to if/when you open our message and if/when you click on any links or banners it contains. Other information collected through this email tracking feature includes: your email address, the date and time of your “click” on the email, a message number, the name of the list from which the message was sent, a tracking URL number, and a destination page.

Is entry of personal information required?

Corporate Affiliates

NHL
We may share ticketing and other information about you with the NHL and NHL Interactive Cyberenterprises, LLC (collectively, “NHL”) for operation of their business, including so that they can conduct analysis to better understand NHL fans and fan engagement across the NHL and its member clubs and customize and improve their services, advertising and communications. Acquisitions and Similar Transactions

We use a secure server. We do not store or save your financial information. While our security measures seek to protect your personal information in our possession, no security system is perfect, and no data transmission is 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us or from our Site.
