There is nothing quite like Opening Night in Smashville, and this year the Preds will kick things off in high-stakes fashion when they face off against the Central Division foe Dallas Stars. First Saturday Night in Smashville

If you've been around Nashville long enough, or maybe just downtown in the last year, you know that the Music City knows how to throw a party - and some of the best of those happen on Saturday Nights in Smashville. This season the Saturday night festivities return when the Philadelphia Flyers come to town on Oct. 22.
GOLD Games
Blackhawks vs. Preds: Thursday, March 16 at 7 p.m. CT
One of the Predators oldest rivalries continues at Bridgestone Arena on Thursday, March 16 when the team faces off against the Chicago Blackhawks. Although the Hawks have strayed from their Stanley Cup-winning ways of years past, the ongoing rivalry with Nashville always gives Smashville plenty to look forward to. Regular Season Finale
Wild vs. Preds: Thursday, April 13 at 7 p.m. CT
If there's nothing like Opening Night in Smashville, the Predators home finale is no different. This year, Nashville will conclude both their home schedule and their regular season in front of the home crowd when they host the Central Division rival Minnesota Wild. While there's currently no way of knowing exactly how crucial this game will be to the Predators postseason chances, a solid finish and a full showing from the fans certainly never hurts.
