How to Watch, Live Stream Jets vs. Preds

After their 10-game winning streak came to an end over the weekend, the Nashville Predators will try to begin a new one tonight as they close out their four-game home stand with the Winnipeg Jets in town. It's the fourth of five meetings of the season between the two clubs; Nashville is 2-1-0 against Winnipeg thus far.
There was plenty of excitement the last time the Preds and Jets got together, a 6-5 thriller in Winnipeg that saw Nashville come back from two separate two-goal deficits, with Ryan Hartman potting the winner with one minute left in regulation. With two contests left this season between the Preds and Jets, these games could go a long way in determining the ultimate winner of the Central Division, not to mention a preview of a potential Round Two matchup in the months to come.

"I think guys will be up [for the game]; well, Winnipeg will be up too," Predators Head Coach Peter Laviolette said. "That usually makes for a pretty good hockey game. It was a great game in their building, we were able to come back late and score some goals and win a game, but they're a deep club."

Last Time Out:
Mattias Ekholm tallied less than two minutes into the game and Ryan Johansen scored to tie it with less than two minutes to play in regulation to force overtime, but the Predators fell to the New Jersey Devils by a 3-2 final in a shootout.
Viktor Arvidsson leads the Preds with 25 goals and 51 points, followed by P.K. Subban with 50 points and Filip Forsberg with 48. Both Kevin Fiala and Craig Smith have 21 goals on the season; Forsberg has 18.
The Opposition:
Winnipeg dropped a 3-2 overtime decision last night to the Washington Capitals. Blake Wheeler leads the Jets with 76 points, followed by Patrik Laine with 64 points and Nikolaj Ehlers with 53. Laine is second in the League in goals with 41, Ehlers has 27 and Kyle Connor has 22. Connor Hellebuyck started last night in Washington, so the Preds could see Michael Hutchinson in net this evening.

All-Time Meetings:
The Predators are 22-12-(1)-3 all-time against the Jets, including a 13-6-(0)-0 record at Bridgestone Arena. Nashville has won six of its last nine games vs. Winnipeg dating back to Jan. 21, 2016, as well as having won three of their last four games against the Jets on home ice.
Notables Versus Winnipeg:
Pekka Rinne has a 14-4-1 career record against the Jets franchise along with a .913 save percentage and two shutouts. Ryan Johansen has 22 points (11g-11a) in 17 career games versus the Jets and is currently on a three-game point streak (2g-2a) against his Central Division rival.
