The Nashville Predators will go for a sweep of Western Canada as they meet the Calgary Flames tonight at the Scotiabank Saddledome to conclude a three-game trip. Nashville has already knocked off Vancouver and Edmonton on the current excursion by a combined score of 11-1.
Tonight marks the second meeting of the season between the Preds and Flames; Nashville collected a point in a 3-2 shootout loss to Calgary at Bridgestone Arena back in October.
Forwards Ryan Johansen and Scott Hartnell returned to the Nashville lineup on Wednesday in Vancouver and the Predators have continued to roll, picking up points in all six games in the month of December thus far.
Nashville also has eight players on point streaks of two games or more, including Kevin Fiala and Kyle Turris, each riding a six-game point streak. Calle Jarnkrok has points in five consecutive games, while Filip Forsberg has points in three straight.
