Nashville, TN - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Wednesday that the club has acquired forward P.A. Parenteau from the New Jersey Devils in exchange for a sixth-round selection in the 2017 Entry Draft.
Parenteau, 33 (3/24/83), has appeared in 483 NHL games over parts of nine seasons with Chicago, New York Rangers, New York Islanders, Colorado, Montreal, Toronto and New Jersey. He has earned 295 career points (114g-181a), including 27 points (13g-14a) in 59 games with the Devils this season. The 6-foot-0, 200-pound winger matched a career high with 20 tallies last season in 77 games with the Maple Leafs.
