Preds Mountain Dew Cans Hit Market

Tennessee tradition runs through Mountain Dew already, but now the soda is even more passionate about its Volunteer State roots.
Mountain Dew, a soft drink produced by PepsiCo and originally created in Tennessee during the mid-20th century, is now showing its passion for the Nashville Predators. For a limited time, thousands of cans are in the market in Middle Tennessee with the Predators logo on the side and the inscription "2017 Western Conference Champions" at the top.
"Tennessee Born, Preds Proud" as the can reads, the special-edition Mountain Dew cans may be found in Tennessee (Nashville, Chattanooga, Collierville, Cookeville), Kentucky (Elizabethtown, Owensboro) and Mississippi (Tupelo).

In addition to the Mountain Dew cans, PepsiCo has partnered with the Predators to offer a social media contest (found on Twitter
