Nashville, Tenn. (March 7, 2024) – Nashville Predators General Manager Barry Trotz announced today that the team has claimed forward Jaret Anderson-Dolan on waivers from Los Angeles.

Anderson-Dolan, 24 (9/12/99), has four points (1g-3a) in 30 games with the Kings this season, sixth of his NHL career. The 5-foot-11, 200-pound forward scored the first shorthanded goal of his NHL career on Jan. 28 at St. Louis and has added 53 hits and 21 blocked shots in 10:58 of average ice time.

Originally drafted by Los Angeles in the second round (41st overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft, Anderson-Dolan has appeared in 126 games since making his League debut in 2018-19, recording 28 points (15g-13a), including a career-high 12 (7g-5a) last season. He also saw action in four Stanley Cup Playoff games last season for the Kings, appearing in Game 1 and Games 3-5 of their first-round series against Edmonton. At the AHL level, Anderson-Dolan has posted 79 points (34g-45a) in 115 games for the Ontario Reign, finishing third on his team in points during the 2021-22 campaign with 47 (24g-23a). Prior to turning pro, the Calgary, Alta., native spent parts of five seasons playing for the WHL’s Spokane Chiefs, captaining the team in 2018-19 and earning a spot on the league’s First All-Star Team in 2017-18. He has represented Canada on four occasions internationally, earning gold at the 2021 World Championship and appearing in the 2019 World Junior Championship, 2017 U-18 World Championship and 2015 World U-17 Hockey Challenge.
