Nashville, Tenn. (October 25, 2018) - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Thursday that the club has recalled forward Rocco Grimaldi from Milwaukee (AHL). Additionally, the team has placed defenseman Dan Hamhuis on Injured Reserve.
Grimaldi, 25 (2/8/93), leads the Admirals and is tied for fourth in the AHL in points with 11 (4g-7a) in eight games. He began the season - his first with Milwaukee - on a five-game point streak (4g-5a) from Oct. 6-17, during which he posted three multi-point contests. Grimaldi scored the game-winner in overtime for the Admirals in the season opener on Oct. 6 at Texas and recorded three-assists in the team's victory at Ontario on Oct. 17. The 5-foot-6 forward is a veteran of 245 AHL games (80g-92a-172pts) and 37 NHL contests (5g-5a-10pts).
