The Predators aren't letting the pandemic stop them from giving local families a proper Thanksgiving dinner - and they're donating more meals than ever before.
Approximately 150 Thanksgiving meals have been delivered by the Nashville Predators Foundation empowered by SmileDirectClub to military, foster and low-income families, as well as families who were impacted by the March tornadoes.

As they do every year, Predators front-office staff signed up to volunteer to purchase all the fixings - mashed potatoes, vegetables, stuffing, fruit and even a can opener - to ensure a bountiful table. Preds partner Delaware North Company provided the turkeys to complete the spread for the families.

Once everything was sorted and packaged together, Preds staff once again traveled all over Middle Tennessee to deliver the meals to families involved with A Soldier's Child Foundation (military families), Nashville Angels (foster families) and Mother To Mother (low-income families). Additionally, families in North and East Nashville who have been greatly affected by the tornadoes were identified by the Metro Nashville Police Department and also received meals, part of a longstanding partnership between the Preds and MNPD to make deliveries this time of year.

Giving back is always important to the Preds organization, especially as the holiday season gets underway. And even though 2020 has flipped the usual script, the Preds have given some local families plenty to be thankful for, just as they do every Thanksgiving.
