The Nashville Predators begin their longest remaining home stand - one of the three-game variety - tonight against the Arizona Coyotes (at 7 p.m. CT).
A loss at Carolina sent the Preds from third in the Central Division into a Wild Card spot, but a win on Monday would lift them back into the division's top three. Nashville (35-25-11) has dropped their first two contests against the Coyotes (0-1-1) this season and will try to claim a win in the teams' final meeting (and only one in Nashville).
Arizona (26-36-9) starts a back-to-back set tonight (then tomorrow at Tampa Bay) and lost their last game 3-0 to St. Louis on Saturday. The Coyotes topped the Preds 3-2 (SO) on Nov. 3 and 4-1 on Dec. 10.
Nashville held a full morning skate on Monday and were joined by Miikka Salomaki (Injured Reserve, lower-body), Vernon Fiddler (upper-body injury) and PA Parenteau.
