The Nashville Predators (0-0-0) will host the Columbus Blue Jackets (0-0-0) for the first half of a two-game set and the first act in a four-game homestand. The Preds released their
21-man roster, along with a five-man taxi squad
, on Wednesday and will now set their first lineup of the 56-game, 2020-21 season.
Forwards Viktor Arvidsson and Rocco Grimaldi joined the team for a full morning skate on Thursday after both missed Wednesday's practice. Head Coach John Hynes said on Wednesday he expects Arvidsson to play despite "tweaking" something during Tuesday's practice.
