The Nashville Predators begin the first of three-straight games versus Central Division opponents by hosting the Dallas Stars tonight (at 7 p.m. CT).
Nashville (1-2-0) used a miraculous comeback to notch their first win of the season on Tuesday by topping the Flyers, 6-5, with two goals in the final two minutes. Dallas is also 1-2-0, beating Detroit, 4-2, on Tuesday for their first victory of the campaign. The Preds and Stars will face off four times during the 2017-18 regular season.
The Predators held a full morning skate on Thursday, and were joined by Roman Josi (lower-body; day-to-day) and Colton Sissons (lower-body; day-to-day). Head Coach Peter Laviolette said last week that Pekka Rinne is expected to start in net tonight. Below is a projected lineup based on Thursday's morning skate:
