Best of Roman Josi: 2021-22 Season

The Roman Josi recognition keeps on coming.
The Nashville Predators defenseman has been nominated for Best NHL Player at the 2022 ESPYS.

The Swiss blueliner set single-season franchise records for points (96) and assists (73), as well as all-time franchise records for assists (402) and shots (2,153).
Josi also led the NHL's blueliners in assists (73), shots (281), even-strength points (59), power-play goals (11), points per game (1.2), multi-point games (26) and primary assists (36).
For his efforts during the 2021-22 season, Josi was nominated for two of the NHL's most prestigious awards - the Ted Lindsay Award and the James Norris Memorial Trophy.
Josi joins nominees Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers, Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Igor Shesterkin of the New York Rangers.
