Emerging From the Pack

• Lias Anderssontallied an assist on Oct. 27 vs. Bridgeport. The Rangers' first round pick (seventh overall) in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft has recorded nine points (three goals, six assists) in 11 games with the Wolf Pack this season, and he has tallied at least one point in seven of the 11 contests. Andersson is tied for the team lead in points, is tied for second in assists, is tied for third in goals, and ranks fourth in shots on goal (23) this season. Among all AHL players younger than 21 years old, the 20-year-old Andersson is tied for second in assists and is tied for third in points this season. He has registered 23 points (eight goals, 15 assists) in 36 career AHL games (0.64 points per game).
• Brandon Crawleyposted back-to-back multi-point games on Oct. 27 vs. Bridgeport and Oct. 28 at Springfield (one goal, three assists over the two games). The Rangers' fourth round pick (123rd overall) in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft tallied two assists and posted a plus-one rating on Oct. 27, and he registered a "Gordie Howe Hat Trick" (one goal, one assist, and one fighting major) and posted a plus-one rating on Oct. 28. Crawley has tallied four points (one goal, three assists) in six games with the Wolf Pack this season.*
• Gabriel Fontainerecorded an assist/point in all of Hartford's three games during the week, and he registered four assists/points and a plus-three rating over the three games. The Rangers' sixth round pick (171st overall) in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft has recorded five assists and a plus-six rating in 11 games with the Wolf Pack this season. Fontaine is tied for the team lead in plus/minus rating and is tied for fourth on Hartford in assists in 2018-19.
• Steven Fogartyrecorded a point in all of the Wolf Pack's three games during the week (two goals, one assist). The Rangers' third round pick (72nd overall) in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft has registered nine points (five goals, four assists) in 11 games with Hartford this season. Fogarty leads Hartford in goals and is tied for the team lead in points thus far in 2018-19.
• Tim Gettingerregistered a point in two of Hartford's three games during the week (one goal, one assist). The Rangers' fifth round pick (141st overall) in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft has tallied six points (four goals, two assists) in 11 games with the Wolf Pack this season. Gettinger is tied for fifth among AHL rookies in goals this season.

• Ryan Lindgrenregistered an assist, two shots on goal, and four penalty minutes on Oct. 27 vs. Bridgeport. The 20-year-old ranks third on Hartford in penalty minutes this season (14).
• Ville Meskanenrecorded a goal and posted a plus-two rating on Oct. 27 vs. Bridgeport, and he has registered five points (two goals, three assists) in 11 games with Hartford this season.
• Michael Lindqvisttallied a goal on Oct. 27 vs. Bridgeport, and he has registered five points (three goals, two assists) in 11 games with Hartford this season.*

He ranks second in the KHL in GAA and SV%, and he is tied for second in the KHL in shutouts this season. In 77 KHL regular season appearances since the start of the 2016-17 season, Shesterkin has posted a 64-7-3 record, along with a 1.57 GAA, a .938 SV%, and 19 shutouts.
• Riley Hughesrecorded an assist/point in two of three games during the week (two assists). • Nico Grosstallied an assist on the game-winning goal and posted a plus-one rating on Oct. 26 at Hamilton. The Rangers' fourth round pick (101st overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has notched four points (one goal, three assists) and has posted a plus-seven rating in 14 games with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) this season, and he has registered three points (one goal, two assists) over the last seven games. Gross is tied for fourth on Oshawa in plus/minus rating in 2018-19.
• Morgan Barrontallied an assist and registered 13 shots on goal over his first two regular season games with Cornell in 2018-19 during the past week. The Rangers' sixth round pick (174th overall) in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft led all skaters with nine shots on goal in Cornell's first regular season game in 2018-19 on Oct. 26 vs. Michigan State, and he notched an assist and recorded four shots on goal on Oct. 27 vs. Michigan State. Barron registered 18 points (five goals, 13 assists) and a plus-10 rating during his freshman year at Cornell in 2017-18, and he received the Greg Ratushny Award as Cornell's most promising rookie player, as selected by his teammates.
• Dominik Lakatosrecorded an assist on Oct. 28 against HC Plzen, and he has tallied an assist/point in three of the last four games (three assists). The Rangers' sixth round pick (157th overall) in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft has registered four assists/points with Liberec in Czech Extraliga this season. Last season, Lakatos led all players 20 years old or younger in Czech Extraliga in goals (10) and points (21), and tied for first among all players 20 years old or younger in assists (11).
• Lauri Pajuniemiregistered his first goal in Liiga this season and posted a plus-one rating on Oct. 25 against Ilves. The Rangers' fifth round pick (132nd overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has recorded two points (one goal, one assist) with TPS in Liiga in 2018-19.
