Cole Schneider tallied the first goal of the AHL season by registering a goal 54 seconds into the Wolf Pack's season opener on Oct. 6 vs. Charlotte. Schneider, who signed with the Rangers as a free agent on July 1, 2017, tied for sixth in the AHL in points last season (63).
