Through three games this season, the Rochester Americans have gotten a lot of production out of rookie forwards Jack Quinn and JJ Peterka.
Quinn is currently tied for third in the AHL with six points (and is tied for the AHL lead with four goals) while Peterka has five points (and is tied for fifth in the league with four assists).
The two forwards were Buffalo's top picks in the 2020 NHL Draft. Quinn was selected eighth overall and Peterka was taken with the third pick of the second round (34th overall).
Playing on a line with veteran center Sean Malone, they've found some instant chemistry and have Rochester off to a 2-1-0 start.
